Full freezer and still eating out.

Month 2 of A's meal plan stuff:
Which means we have 25 plus casseroles, 2 gal baggies of homemade chicken nuggets, Lunch & dinner for two for the whole week already prepped and plated in the fridge. This is the month we track calories and "see" what were eating. No changes no lies just plainly telling the computer what we eat. My feed has the "condensed" nutritional info- she calculated the meal plates exactly on hers and I just made a quick meal of it taking the cals, fat, pro, and carbs. The Goal is 5 "meals" a day, I usually just do 4, but I am trying to do the five without take out.
I have been looking over my debit cards for the last month and am amazed/horrified how many stops I made at McD's -I don't even really like their food that much it just happens to be across from my job. We have plotted and made everything for the week and I still ate out for breakfast today. So I can tell that fast food emoticon is going to be my weakness and big thing to watch. Here is hoping I do better tomorrow.

    I actually have a big plan and that is step like four of the plan but yes it is a goal of mine. check out today's blog when i break it down, feel free to throw out any ideas or things you think may be just plain silly.

    Have you thought of having a goal of avoiding fast food for one week and then see if you can continue your streak?
