Enjoying some sparking this morning; little time to blog.
My focus this week is on Consistency, inspired by my spark friend, Chal. Wow, she really showed what can be done in 100 days when one applies oneself! GO, Chal!
I've got a tiny streak going of 2 days. I need to take it to a bigger place over the course of this week. My fridge is full of lots of fruits, veggies, and lean meats.
Meanwhile, we await the birth of our new grandchild; due date is 9/26, my mom's birthday. Doc said DIL is ready to give birth....
Streak of 2 days
Early morning rise
Eat healthy, moderate snacking
Get 10 minutes of fitness in. (tried walking yesterday for 25 min; discovered foot is not healed yet)
