Morning physical therapy home exercise - check.
Ten minutes on Wii fit plus weigh in - check.
Plan meals and healthy goodies to make for my son's visit - check.
Got balance of groceries and balanced check book - check and check.
Working on my step goal for the day - check.
Now on to the rest so I can rest this evening.
On my grocery list - madgool dates,yogurt, lettuce, blueberries, potatoes, cheeses and fixings to make small gluten free lasagna. Milk, crackers, rice cakes.
Small steps add up. Getting healthier is my job.
