I plan to eat well this weekend. I already have vowed that I will get more freggies in my diet this weekend. Staying away from junk food, snacks, etc. (not easy for me...but)
My snacks are what caused me to gain weight....well, that and pregnancy. I really cannot blame pregnancy now since my daughters are grown and married.
Eating a small meal does not always work for me. The fact that they are portioned is a great thing. But I know that I need some protein, fiber, etc.
I find that I have to do what works for me. Staying away from chocolate and other sweets. Definitely skipping ice cream. What works for you?
