8 - Strategize

"List your 3 reasons/excuses on why your lifestyle (diets and exercise) plans have not been well executed in the past. Write a strategy for each one to keep yourself on track for 8 weeks. Let's learn from our past behaviors and make this our best Challenge ever!"

All or nothing mentality. If I didn't do "perfect" the whole day, anytime I messed up, I'd throw in the towel for that day and eat anything and everything telling myself I'll start over "tomorrow" and do better. Often "tomorrow" was several weeks away.
~~a mistake is just that, if I do mess up, remind myself why I'm doing this and let the next bite I put in my mouth be because I'm hungry and it's something on my plan! Never wait to begin again "tomorrow!"

Inconsistency. Trying to lose weight by two steps forward and two steps back gets me nowhere.
~~be consistent. Develop a 'nothing can get in my way including myself' attitude.

Laziness. Not wanting to take the time to prepare healthy foods, or not exercising cause I just didn't feel like it.
~~Just do it, even if I don't want to or I suck at it.
