sept 23 , 2017..First day of Autumn

was moving forward...then there was a work trip, and orentation week with the new students, a tropical storm....then the motivation was gone...need to revamp my weekly routine but when ??
.....then there was the flu that I'm still recovering from.( insert scary music here )..
The tummy is tempermental and my energy level low and my brain feel foggy :(

I'm trying to eat my vegies and even tryed to make a green juice with my blender . Next time I'll use orange juice instead of water..
I think as soon as I feel I can I'm going to start with some low intensity strech and strength activities. Right now I'm happy if I can make it through a day doing the minimal of normal things...

plus side ... I've lost 20 lbs ( not just while I've been sick) and my too tight pants are confortable now...
