I'm At A Stand Still and Frustrated!!

I'm FRUSTRATED!! I a logging my food, watching what I eat and exercising. Making sure I get AT LEAST 10,000 steps every day. Drinking a TON of water. I have not lost ANY weight in over a week!! Suggestions??

    It happens to me sometimes 3 weeks or more! Then you start noticing your clothes are getting loose. This happen to all of us . Just don't give up!

    Could be muscle weight. Don't stress it right away. Give your body time to catchup. Also change out your routine on exercising that may help as well. Hope that gives some Encouragement
