Let's get physical

So, I have had several sessions of physical therapy, and I noticed last night my dizziness seems gone. I still am having mid back and low back issues waking me up. I have had just under 6 hours sleep each night for the last three nights, and I feel exhausted.
After going out for an appointment, I came back and did a quarter of an hour of my physical therapy/yoga.
Now I have to go mental - and work, utilizing my brain and eye muscles.
Getting healthy is my job. One day at a time, one step at a time, I am making it happen.
