New Gym at Work Program!

Good Day Sparkers! Pray your week is going well!
Last night was week 1 of 8 of our Tiger Fit Program at the University of Memphis! It seems to be a beginner's program, but I enjoy hanging out with my coworkers for that extra accountability.
The first night was mostly talking, with a PowerPoint presentation. The group did do a short warm up and cool down, just for discussion. But, my coworkers and I hit the treadmill afterwards to make sure we did some exercise. I also, got there early and hit the elliptical by myself before class began. Plus, I hit my home gym after class to meet my husband for our spin class! Needless to say, I got my time in! lol
