Sunday is Always a Great "Day One"

I'm giving myself a personal challenge this week of blogging every day. This way I can sort of track my motivation changes throughout the week.
Today is going well so far. I had a healthy breakfast and lunch and I have plans to work out at 4:00 at my gym. Foreseeable problems: I have zero plans for upcoming meals or workouts. Here we go.
Sunday dinner: Spark Solution turkey chili with buttered bread (for the family; just chili for me)
Monday breakfast: Return of the smoothie kick
Monday lunch: Salad with boiled egg
Monday dinner: Leftover chili with milk
That's enough for the moment.
Cardio machine intervals
My daughter's dance team practices at my gym from 4:00-6:30 so I will stay there the entire time today. Tomorrow's workout will be a taekwondo class with the family.
Personal note: Hubby and I are not communicating well lately. He's been spending evenings playing video games until after I'm in bed and then accusatorily saying, " I came upstairs at 10:30 and you were already asleep!" Must do a better job of talking to each other this week. I've had my feelings hurt too often lately from a lack of attention. How can I be more proactive?
