Unfortunately my poor "food" choices caught up to me and I am up one pound.

Last week's results -

At least 10 minutes of cardio a day emoticon
Steps - 4250 + steps - 5 days out of 7 -- 5/7 emoticon

Drink at least 64oz. of water each day - Oops! Lost my streak.

At least 7 hours of sleep every night -- 6/7 Just 16 minutes shy on that one day

Log food a couple days -- Got in one meal most days


Next week -

At least 10 minutes of cardio a day
Steps - 4250 + steps - 5 days out of 7

At least 7 hours of sleep every night
Log food a couple days

I'll keep trying it until I get it.

We finally got some rain.

Gotta go - traveling today, home tomorrow.
