Revisiting my goals

It's time to revisit my health and wellness goals.

Manage emotional and impulsive eating
Maintain my weight between 194 and 187 pounds Currently I'm at 193
Walk/jog 3 to 5 miles at least 3 times per week
Reduce consumption of red meat to one serving or less per week
Strength training twice per week with emphasis on abs and lower back
Increase consumption of fish, certain fruits and fresh vegetables
Log in the SparkPeople daily
Continue to take online courses (MOOC)
Live well, play hard and have fun!
