Each Day...

Saturday, September 16, 2017

So God allowed me to awake this morning, giving me another chance to be a better person and allowing me to love more deeply, forgive myself and others... that is just God's list of jobs for me today....My only real job is to be honest about the food I eat and love myself enough to stay the course.
The only time I think about jumping outside the line is when I see a DQ commercial...SO NOT worth it!...How does one deal with the Diabetes diagnosis?I is totally my fault... now I must deal with the consequence... grrrrr!! !but... I am still optimistic and approaching my days with rose colored glasses and a pretty good disposition... I still need help with the diabetes mess... anyone out there willing to coach me through it??

My husband is diabetic, and he refused to take it seriously until after the second stroke. Have your doc refer you to a Registered Dietician who is a "Diabetes Educator". You'll know everything you need to know, and can rely on Spark for support!

My wife had it, as well as some friends. They lost weight, and got a clean bill of health.

I am pre diabetic but I bought the books that showed what good meals were to eat and I read a lot on the internet. I have lost 26 lbs and I think the weight loss has helped a lot. Good luck on your journey you might join a diabetes group on SparkPeop
