First Weigh-in after changing from low carb back to calorie counting

Good Morning, Wellllll...... I lost .3! Not even half a pound but I'm in Onederland once again!! Woo Hoo!! It has been almost a year since I have been under 200. I was so worried all week because I read that when you go back to counting calories after being low carb you gain a couple of pounds of water weight until your body regulates itself back to normal. I kept my carbs around 120 give or take all week and lost .3. I am going to be happy about that because I had planned on maybe gaining! So, I'm just going to keep going with 1200 calories a day and exercising 5-6 days a week and see how it goes. I know it works because I have done it many times in the past! I just need to keep going with it once I get to goal instead of letting my eating disorder rule me!! :) Hope everyone has a great weekend!!
