Sugar Blues Day 4

Okay... yesterday was mixed.

I didn't entirely stick with my planned snack last night - had more than I'd planned and went (a little) over my budgeted calories for the day, BUT... didn't eat junk and found that a wedge of laughing cow light really silenced the cravings. So, definitely going to build that in.

Today's challenge is to get in chromium rich foods and when I looked at the list, this is no problem, I do it every day.

Today is going well so far and I have a full evening, so that should help stave off the cravings!

    Cheese is one of my go too foods--it has the right blend of protein etc. to help me feel full.

    Sounds great!! I find that at the end of the day I crave more food- sugar, carbs etc. It helps me to have a piece of cheese or a small square of dark chocolate. Feels decadent :)
