I have been slipping a little, I have to get it in gear again and just start planning better. It's been 6 months and 50 pounds. I am proud of that but I am still sitting at 298. 2 pounds under what my drivers license says lol. I have been working with weight machines 1-2 days a week, so that's a little different for me. I was exercising EVERY day, now I take 2-3 days off, which I don't know if that's a good thing or not. I just mostly have to go back to making better food choices and stop feeling like I either "deserve" it or it's wont hurt me this once.

Maybe it's the weather? lol

50 pounds in 6 months... you're amazing! I'd go back to whatever was working for you.

Practice making healthy choices. I know the familiar "it won't matter this time" or "just tonight, I'll do better tomorrow". I can always seem to find those excuses, now I'm trying "Nope, not today, nor tomorrow" and "is this worth a gain?"

    It's been working for me.

Oh, you just reminded me that I have to renew my driver's license next month! There's always another reason to lose. emoticon
