Back on track!

I am back on track after a very busy summer and a change at work. I am now in a less stressful environment that allows me to be less stressed and more productive. I am back to recording the quantity of food I eat and walking as much as I can. My goal is 10000 steps a day. On weekends I am also busy with home chores and reaping the harvest of our garden, freezing home made apple sauce and strawberry rhubarb sauce for the winter to come. Love it! Simple tasks that will have an effect on my health in the end. Thank you Fall, always a time of renaissance for me.
