For the Aspire and Inspire team we are supposed to write a blog this week about tips you would give someone to stay healthy as you age. Here are mine:
1. Eat healthy foods.
2. Drink lots of water.
3. Exercise. Do cardio, strength training, and stretching. Work on your balance, too.
4. Get enough sleep every night.
5. Listen to your body.
6. Get regular check-ups with your doctor(s).
7. Pay attention to your mental health, too.
Take good care of yourself!
