Still on the diet plan.

So far I have been back in College class hours at Tyler College for a month now. I got into honors society making all A grades on the classes I did not need to drop. I also wrote a new book that is published on Amazon. I have been on the Alli diet plan and diet pills for 11 months non-stop since November of 2016. 11 full months three pills daily without even one skipped week. In addition I have been cooking foods on all low fat cookers, and on a low sugar diet as well. I added the Apple Cider diet to it. Also I have been going to the gym two days a week, and working out on my home gym three days a week. I've been using 8 fitness apps on my phone, including Fitbit, Zombies Run, and Pokemon go. In the next couple of weeks I plan to start weighing myself again. I tend to actually lose weight when I am keeping up a school schedule for classes, and so I hope to be seeing results kick in soon. Even if I did stop blogs for a while I did not give up the diet fight fully.
