Weight the same as last week -


Goals from last week -

At least 10 minutes of cardio a day -- emoticon

Steps - 4250 + steps - 5 days out of 7 -- 4/7 - up one from last week
Drink at least 64oz. of water each day -- emoticon
At least 7 hours of sleep every night -- 5/7

Log food a couple days -- 1/7 and parts of two more

Was out of town a couple days, so in addition to having a holiday did not eat according to plan.

Next week -

At least 10 minutes of cardio a day

Still unseasonably warm and lots of smoke. No rain.
