Southern Baptist disaster relief

Good morning. Oh I so need to be sleeping as I have to get up in 4 hours and head to Corpus Christi with the disaster team. We are actually stopping after driving 500 miles and will drive the rest of the way the next day. We report to duty at 6 AM Monday morning. I am with a feeding unit and we may be there up to two weeks. My concerns are to be able to stay focused on my eating. I have worked so hard this last month and have lost 7 lbs. I gain weight super easy and the food we will be preparing is not at all like my normal eating. I am a social eater and several of the team members sit around and snack when we have free time and I find myself getting a bag of chips or what ever and join them. I need to be strong and not do this. I am going to be a little engine. "I can do this, I can do this, I can do this." I need to remember to reach out to God who will give me the strength to win.
