Heading out today to get a wedding gift, hair and nails done, and a new dress and purse. A morning dove hit my porch window this morning. I went to check on him and he was laying dazed on the ground. Eyes were blinking, so I hope he will recover and be able to fly away. He hit the window pretty hard, but than he is a big bird, so the sound may have only seemed louder than I would have expected.

emoticon FOOD/NUTRITION
Had a great dinner of a lettuce wrap with turkey breast, guacamole, salami, cucumber and peppers. Had a good breakfast too – sausages, a plum, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. I am so grateful that I have a plan and I am determined to stick to it. Will power to stick to the plan has always been a problem for me, carbs keep calling my name as well as the mindless evening munchies. Almost half done with Phase 1, not much farther and I will be making healthier choices more naturally, rather than fighting my bodies cravings.

Still going strong. It will be nice to get to the end of the week and do the measurements again. Still seem to be getting easier, so awesome.

Today is the Sexy Mama workout. Will be doing it later as I need to get my errands run before the boys come home from school. Hopefully I can get home in time to squeeze it in before they get here.

Well I gave in to temptation. I went to the mall for my shopping trip, got most everything done and Cinnabon kept calling my name. The smell of that warm gooey fresh baked bread with cinnamon all over it and frosting...UHG! Well the good news is, that once I ate it (the whole thing) though it tasted awesome, my stomach really didn't like it. LESSON LEARNED! I think what I truly wanted was the cinnamon. I will now look for some kind of healthy dessert that I can eat that has cinnamon.
