On track and staying there

Sometimes there are roadblocks (This was a picture from March), and at that time I sprained my ankle, and hit a roadblock. Instead of losing weight, I was gaining weight. I had to cut back on my renewed workout plan, and slept awful.
Now, I am just starting physical therapy on my back, and have lost the added weight, and dropping just below what I was in March.
I am staying on track. If I deviate a little, I will not let it totally throw me off the line. I will initiate the repairs of the track, and keep on going, one little bit at a time.
Making it happen, one step at a time, one day at a time.
