On track and staying there

Sometimes there are roadblocks (This was a picture from March), and at that time I sprained my ankle, and hit a roadblock. Instead of losing weight, I was gaining weight. I had to cut back on my renewed workout plan, and slept awful.
Now, I am just starting physical therapy on my back, and have lost the added weight, and dropping just below what I was in March.

I am staying on track. If I deviate a little, I will not let it totally throw me off the line. I will initiate the repairs of the track, and keep on going, one little bit at a time.

    Glad you have been able to halt the gaining in it's tracks and get the needle moving in the right direction. I had pneumonia in July and dropped about 15 lbs and have managed to keep most of that off but now have to get myself back on track and make the needle head downward again. We can do this-we just have to stay focused and as you say, Make ourselves a priority!

    Yes, I am definitely with you! Injuries seem to be my thing lately, which in the big picture are only temporary setbacks, but definitely roadblocks! Thanks for your encouraging words today, really gave me the lift I needed. Glad you are doing well!
