Accountability 09/04 - 09/10

Being on the road these next 8 weeks or so will be the longest I have traveled for work. So my goals are simply this:

1. It's going to be warm a lot of the places I will be visiting so make sure every hotel I stay at has a gym.

2. One ride minimum a day of at least 30-minutes.

3. There will be plenty of walking but I will supplement my workouts with strength training and ab work.

4. Grocery shop instead of eat out and take healthy snacks with me when I am out an about.

5. Get plenty of rest.

6. Stretch.

7. Not let the stresses of life (or the world) get to me.

8. Laugh, often and loudly, even when I'm by myself.
