DIA Method - Week 2, Phase 1, Day 1

emoticon Food/Nutrition
Day 1 of Phase 1 did not go quite as well as I had hoped. We ended up eating out a couple times and it is difficult to eat properly when you have to order from a menu. I did mostly well, but will need to do much better to get my metabolism burning fat instead of glucose. It wasn't all bad, just a couple small choices that were the issue. Tomorrow will definitely be much better.

emoticonCore Compressions
I need to find a non-stretchy cloth to help with my core compression exercises. Tomorrow will be weigh-in day for me. I will post it tomorrow, though I do not expect any change at this point. Still feeling the burn and starting to feel like I might be able to do all 10 minutes in one session, instead of in 2 five minutes sessions.

emoticon Workouts
Today I also need to do the first of the workouts. So will need to get my workout stuff together and get busy on that one. It is only 7:30 so I still have plenty of time, though I would still like a bath and have to put the kids to bed. Actually I will get my bath and since I only have 2 days of workouts this week I will push them ahead one day. I get my DVD's tomorrow and I would prefer to workout to a bigger screen. Won't change anything to do the workouts on T & F instead of M & Th.
