Walking in Wal-Mart

Wake up with headed neck pain knee and always bone pain 1 to 10 a 8 today but i have to go to buy some grocery when with my oldest son and when we got there told my son let go around just to look before we buy i need to walk so we did walk 30 minutes before buying now came 20 minutes ago took some pain pills and some cream and im here in bed with pain but happy i walk today👍
