End of Summer - September 4TH

Going to my older son's house for a BBQ, to celebrate his wife's b'day. Will be bringing some healthy goodies: carrot & celery sticks, apples for dipping and pineapple for grilling. I know there will be cake and ice cream, but I can have very small pieces. I once read that after 3 bites, our taste buds become bored with a food, and that should be all we need to satisfy a craving. We'll see how it goes...
