My 60th birthday is on my heals (April) . I'm having trouble dealing with this one. I've made a promise that I am going to be the best I've ever been on my birthday. A week ago I started back doing what I did to lose 100 pounds. It's working. I went back to eating 1400-1600 calories of healthy food, lots of water, power walking every other day, yoga the other days. I'm also trying to lift the weights again. The number one most important thing I do is Spark People. I couldn't have done this without Sparkies! I know if I keep making myself do these things the weight will come off and I'll start building muscles. So far I got serious a week ago, and I lost 3 solid pounds. If I keep up what I'm doing, I'll have my goal before my birthday. I will be 60, beautiful, strong, healthy and sexy.
