8/28: AM 30-min climb ride/PM 45-min hip hop ride w/intervals & a heavy climb
8/29: AM SLEEP in/ lunchtime 60-min walk/PM 30-min HIIT ride
8/30: 35-min hip-hop ride w/intervals/lunchtime 60-min walk/30-min groove ride &
8/31: rest/flexibility training/total body
9/01: AM 90-min ride
9/02: Shenanigans of some sort, I'm sure since one of my besties is hangin' for the Labor Day weekend
9/03: rest/active recovery, more shenanigans--a given
So this week is really my last taste of summer before my admissions outreach season kicks off and all manners of hell break loose. While I'm on the road traveling for work, my main goals over the next 8 weeks are really just going to be to keep active, which shouldn't be too hard and to NOT entirely blow my healthy eating.
My mantra for this excruciatingly busy time will be moderation and mindfulness.
