Sometimes the best indicator of a program is how it makes you feel. Although the scale is being stingy this week, I can feel the indentation forming at my waist. I can feel my arms getting toner ( been listening to that Wii fit balance board voice in my head too much). Since I know muscle weighs more than fat I know there is some mystical interchange going on. And that is that. Yesterday I was so tired out that I missed my 5000 steps for the day for 400. Ah well. Not a problem. I had logged more than 2 weeks with 5000 so I am going in the right direction. Not all victories are owned by the scale. Making it happen one day at a time, getting healthy is my job.
