Didn't weigh myself every day this week but kept a pretty accurate food log. Think that helped account for this week's loss. Will bring back intermittent fasting this week, whenever possible.

8/27/2017 Weigh in is 249.8 pounds
From Start (258): -8.2
From Last Week (250.4): -0.6
Blood pressure: 125/80
