Time to Restart - yet again

Sunday, August 27, 2017

Well it's been forever since I've been on spark people. It's been a year.

Dealing with health and then family issues. I let my weight balloon up again.
If I've learned nothing else it's that I need support to achieve my goals

I've reached an even newer high weight. My last with weigh in a mth ago I was at 335 lbs. I can feel my mother shaken her head from heaven. She was concerned about my health when my weight was at 220.

I've been refocusing myself spiritually now to once again work on physically

Thanks for reading
Have a Blessed evening

I am new here and have struggled my entire life with my weight. 110 lbs up to 248 lbs, down to 162 lbs, up to 300 lbs, down to 207 lbs up to 334 lbs. This is my first week ever on Sparks People. I beat myself a lot in the past - lost all that weight 2 times and gained even more back. This time I really want to lose all the weight and keep it off. I lost 7.6 lbs in 8 days. I weight 326.4 lbs today. I cut gluten almost entirely from my diet, added 8 cups water minimum a day, walk with velcro arm weights and use the trackers here and it is working. I had some sores in my armpits and they are getting much better!!! I bought a bikini in my goal size and perhaps by next year I can fit it. I have 2 kids and I am sure my skin will hang but I don't mind as long as I reach my goal weight.
