I keep track of my calories, carbs, fat, protein, fiber, and sodium every day, and also for 20 days in a row.
The past twenty days 8/7 - 8/26 had me at the following averages:
For that 20 day period I had 5 days when I was over 1400 calories for the day, and 4 days under 1000 calories, and the other days ranged in between.
I'm pleased with my average for Carbohydrates. I am making an effort to eat below 100 carbs in a day.
Fat, Protein, and Sodium are within my guidelines; Fiber is slightly higher than recommended, but with no ill effects.
