I think this time I'm really losing it.
No, really. I truly am.
My weight loss is a little easier, then again the only main sugars I needed to cut out was ice cream and frozen yogurt. And determine that everytime I eat anything with gluten I feel horrid - my back flares up. I have exchanged sugar in my coffee with dextrose, and have found if I forget, coffee with sugar is now TOO sweet.
So even this week, when we went out, I got the roast beef out of my sandwich, and broke it into my salad and tossed the bun. Woo hoo! Toss the bun, to save my buns the trouble of dealing with it.
So therefore, I. am. Losing.
I was 218 at the dr on 8-2.
Yesterday I hit 210 and change.
In my official weigh in for the group I am in, by the time I left the doctor, and weighed on 8-4, I was 214.8 - so about 3 lbs, then the rest since the 4th. So 4 lbs since the 4th. That is in three weeks.
Yep. Losing it.
And I DON'T mean my mind.
I was reminded:
Calories burned > Calories consumed = weight loss.
I have been logging everything since the 2nd. I have been logging in since the 2nd. I have been working out, and doing my basic stretches for my back, sciatica, hamstring, weights, etc.
Also, officially lost about 2.5 inches during this time too.
Getting healthy one day at a time, one step at a time, one moment at a time.
Healthy choices matter.
