This right here. This picture is of my daily steps yesterday! I rocked out! Not sure what got into me but I had a goal of hitting 20k steps. Well I was sitting at 18k and decided to go for a walk. Once I started walking me and my dogs just kept going and I ended up getting 25k by the time I got back home. Not something that's going to be a daily occurrence I can tell you that tho! Just proud of myself for hitting a daily step that I never thought I would! Still been doing my T25 beta as well. Today was core cardio and tomorrow is dynamic core again. Just did that one yesterday! I have missed a few days but at least I'm still going. Usually I quit after week 3. Next week is the final weigh in for the summer weight loss challenge I'm in. Probably won't make top 3 this go around but that's okay! Hope everybody has had a great day so far!
