My ups and downs of weight lost.

I started out January 8, 2017 at 210 pounds. My waist was 45 inches & my Hips 42.5. Today I am 166 pounds, waist 39 inches, & hips 39 inches. So it says I lost 44 ponds, But this is not the whole picture.
Feb. 8 Th., I was 197. down 13 pounds.
March 8Th. I was 192. down 5 pounds.
April 8 Th. I was 187. down 5 pounds. At this time I went on vacation
April 14Th. I was 197. up 10 pounds.
May 8 Th. I was 187. down 10 pounds.
June 8 Th. I was 180. down 7 pounds.
July 8 Th. I was 170 down 10 pounds.
Now for the real Picture.
8/1 = 174.2
8/3 = 170.8
8/7 = 169.8
8/11 = 167.2
8/15 = 163.2
8/17 = 159.2
8/20 = 166.4
So to date I have really lost 65 pounds. I have had some set backs but they never get me down. I just continue to eat my healthy meals and do my exercise. I weigh myself everyday to keep me motivated. Why am I up 7 pounds today? It's because I was dying for Ice cream and I could not stop till the whole pint was gone. I enjoyed every bite. Next time I might try to get one of those single serve cups to see if it fills the craving.
