Why I'm doing what I'm doing

In my Spark Coach lesson today, Spark Guy talked about the main reason motivation behind weight loss. For me, there are several reasons why I am here and why I want to lose weight.
I do not want to "dig my grave with a fork," as I put it.
I really want to work on my confidence. I can do this.
I want to be more active and do things with my dog (like hiking) without getting so winded.
I feel like if I take better care of myself I will (and my body will) be able to handle/deal with stress better.
I want to run a full marathon one day. When I lost a lot of weight before, I jogged a lot and did several 5k's and 2 half marathons. I REALLY miss it!!!
As I grow older I want to be as healthy as I can, and not "falling apart." I want to be the kind of person that looks 50 when I'm 80, instead of the other way around. Know what I mean? I want to take better care of myself to prevent health problems further down the road.
I feel like if I take better care of myself, I can enjoy my life more.
