Got through a first day again yesterday. Streak, Day 1.
Self: See, it can be done! A commitment can go a long, long way.
Today, I will focus on what I can do.
Signed up for a kayak lesson for this Wedneday. Kayaked for the first time last week on Saratoga Lake. It was good exercise, relaxing on the water, and fun. A woman around my age runs the class and is a licensed kayaker, though I don't even know what that means yet. I learned that my area has great kayaking because we have all kinds of water just 20 min away. I'm guessing I will learn more about that, too.
Grand daughter has a sleep over tonight. Her second teeth are coming in, she looks so stinkin' cute I could just plaster her with kisses.
CAN DO Plans
Eat healthy, whole foods
Get 10 min of fitness in (foot injury; probably can't walk til 2018)
