Fitbit One issues

My Fitbit hasn't synched since Wednesday. I did all the troubleshooting stuff yesterday. Finally contacted customer service last night and they are sending me a new one. I got the One in June as an upgrade from the Zip. The Zip uses a replaceable battery but it has gotten harder and harder to replace that battery over the years and now it's dead too. So I am mostly trackerless for a couple weeks. Boo!
