Apple Cider Diet Start.

I have been on the Alli diet plan and diet pills for ten months non-stop since November of 2016. Ten full months three pills daily without even one skipped week. Now I am adding the Apple Cider diet to it. You drink 2 table spoons of unpasteurized Cider twice daily before meals and research says you lose more weight. Plus going to the gym or outdoor jogging two hours daily as always. Lets see if I can drop dress sizes by Halloween!
