The Challenge - Day 22 Saturday August 12

Hi Everybody,
I hope the weekend is going well for everyone.

I'm very late writing today, so I'm just going to post my report then hit the bed. Tomorrow morning will come way too soon.

1 - Blogged my progress or lack of progress daily - 21 day streak here.

2 - Weigh in each day but not be defined by the numbers on the scale - My scale hit 217.2
this morning! Woo Hoo! 21 out of 22 here

3 - Log every bite of food I eat - 100% - SP shows I actually have a 64 day streak for this.
Oddly though SP also says I've only logged in for 15 days streak - I guess they don't like
my after midnight posts LOL!

4 - Get in at least 10 minutes of exercise each day- 100% - Didn't go to the gym but got in

5 - I will spend at least 10 minutes editing or writing daily - 100%

Keep that Spark glowing!
