8 12 2017 Weigh In (#3) - IM...again? and new a Shout Out!

Actually I'm intermittently fasting now (6 to 12 hours or more with not eating) but want to start doing it with less processed foods. I've also thought about Atkins but only for induction as the videos out there seem very encouraging and sometimes what you need is a quick win to keep you engaged and motivated.

8/12/2017 Weigh in is 252.6 pounds (I know I missed last weeks...sue me)
From Start (258): -5.4
From Last Week (255.8): -3.2 (2 weeks ago)
Blood pressure (new): 115/70

Still not weighing myself daily but going to try this week and see if it keeps me more or less accountable.

Very inspiring to see what's she's accomplished since February 2017 til now.
