It has been a while since I have been on Spark People. I have only gained weight and my health problems are getting worse. I am going to try so hard and learn to maintain. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of Fall. I will do a little at a time and not be in such a big hurry. I deserve this! I'm excited for this new beginning! It is all up to me. I hate the way I look and I feel awful, so it is time that I do something about it and be proud of myself! Wish me Luck! I know we can all motivate and help each other. The best to all of you!
