"A 2005 USDA study found that unsweetened cocoa powder contained the highest concentration of beneficial compounds of all chocolate products." That's what I read on the trivia quiz today. I knew it but it reinforced what I do for my daily breakfast. I add cocoa powder to my breakfast of oatmeal, crunchy peanut butter, strawberries, blueberries, bananas and vanilla yogurt. It's delicious. Just think.. you don't get any of the sugar additives by adding the cocoa powder and you don't need them since it's already sweet.
