the hardest part

(again, i add this disclaimer, that yes, i have in the past lost a lot of weight, and yes, i know what to do, what to eat, what to not eat, etc. this blog is not meant to bring about advice on what i need to do, its just an exercise for me to express my feelings. thanks for reading))

So after yesterdays failed weigh in. I didnt go crazy and eat four pizzas and two banana splits.
I kinda just let it all fall away for the day. I ate a burger for dinner. On a real bun.
I havent been eating bread. I havent lost any weight.
I havent been eating buns, or cakes, or ice cream, or candy, or popcorn, or pizza or milkshakes.
Or anything fried, or rice, or pasta or potatoes.
I HAVE been eating, low fat, low carb, skim milk, etc.
All the stuff we are supposed to eat to LOSE WEIGHT.
I walk.
I spark, count, tweek, count, spark some more, walk some more......

and I havent lost any weight.
I know I am a broken record. But I am just so sick of this.
Week after week of watching every bite, and being dilligent to stick to a healthy food plan.
Up and out to the track early every morning.
Fiber, vitamins, water, sleep.....on and on.
I dont get as much of a happy feeling when I read others posts on the start page or blogs where people are showing off their results.
I have nothing to show.
I just sit on the sidelines like the kid who never gets picked to play.
And I wait.
