Waking up after 2 long 12's!

Well after 2 12 hour night shifts I came home and slept for a few hours. Got up and just completed a 30 minute Zumba DVD. Now I am watching a zumba toning DVD. Always watch them when they are new before I begin them. Looking forward to increasing my time doing the dvd's.
What does everyone else like to do?
