No more counting calories

I have decided to no longer input my food intake or count calories as it is not a healthy option for me as I unfortunately become extremely obsessive and end up eating very very little .... I am eating healthy and working out 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours daily... Today I took measurements and weighed myself and I will recheck in 2 weeks , pretty excited about this journey even if I am not logging my food...
