Hello everybody! I did my double T25 Friday which consisted of upper focus & core cardio. I got off a little early and headed on down to Oklahoma to pick up my daughter. She went to her cousins house for the week. Nice little break for the both of us. Today is week 2 day 1 of T25 and it's dynamic core. I also have to teach my Zumba class tonight. I didn't eat the best over the weekend since we was on the road a lot, I failed to plan my meals and snacks. Something I need to work on. I'm not going to let that set me back though. I am going to up my daily step goal to 12k on my fitbit this week and hope I reach it daily. I didn't get up for a walk this am b/c I was exhausted and knew my body needed to rest.
