I'm hanging in there! Added some sprints this week. Felt good to stretch my legs! No additional soreness. So pushed it a bit and next running workout added incline, not so good. Could really feel some pain. Wont do that again for a while.
It has been a month now since I hurt my ankle and I'm starting to think it may not ever completely heal! Ok...that was a bit dramatic...but it is frustrating. This week I will just work on endurance and sprints and give it a couple weeks before trying inclines again.
School is back in for us and I have a full week under my belt. Getting hearing screens done, makes for a long boring day, but we should have the bulk of them done by the end of next week! Yay!
