Done worrying about all work, no play...

Today is day 3 of a streak of getting at least 10,000 steps in every day.
Overtime is over, for now. Don't know for how long. Of course, my desk is still over loaded, but hey, I'm not going to stress any more about it. I've only been telling my bosses how far behind I am for the past few months. And they haven't listened.
SO...I've been using the time between when I get there to when work actually starts to get a good walk in.
Then after work, I go to the gym and get another good elliptical workout in to get to my goal. And, I get some ball crunches in as well. Working REALLY hard at watching exactly everything I'm eating as well.
We had a birthday party in the office yesterday, with all kinds of junk food. All kinds of sugar and fat.
Yesterday, was the hardest. I kept it to only one donut though and did not partake in any of the other junk there.
Today, there was still junk there. I stayed completely away from it all. I'll admit that I did have "some" sugar. That's next. Definitely going to work on dropping the sugar next.

This is pretty much to keep me on track this time around. To remind myself that work isn't as important as getting myself healthy again.
I'm going to try to follow Spark Guys lead on this streak. Keep it going as long as I'm able.
